"Pyongyang Hardcore Resistance are a hardcore/speedcore/breakcore producing duo situated in Pyongyang/North-Korea.

The first person in the duo used to live in the western world where he came in touch with
the hardcore scene. However, some years ago he decided to move to NK where his family is.
The second person has lived his whole life in NK and was influenced by the material his
friend (the 1st person) had secretly smuggled with him. They decided to start producing
their own hardcore with the message of unification of Koreas, saying a fuck you
to South-Korean pop music, bringing down corrupted leaders (Kim Jong Il, Bush)
and encourage peace over violence.. with violent music!

The PHR have contacts with North-Korean refugees who help in smuggling PHR music and message
to the outside world.  Due to the nature of the country's politics the PHR and associates such as the cover artist wish to remain anonymous"

"Here's the musical oeuvre of one Y. Bhekhirst, a man who sings in some unidentifiable accent, backed up by a band that sounds like each instrument was recorded separately, without any regards to such things as tempo or melody. Hot in the Airport was a big hit on Incorrect Music, where the most played track from the album had to be the title song. It's just so darn catchy, and Mr. Bhekhirst made sure you picked up on that by underlining the track. (As can be seen in the picture on the right, the underlining was done on the plastic cover of the tape, not on the J-card insert or even on the shrinkwrap, which always struck me as a telling detail.)

"Larry "Wild Man" Fischer was born Lawrence Wayne Fischer, 1945 in Los Angeles, USA. Fischer has been variously described as a jobless, homeless, paranoid, certified-psychotic street singer, and as the missing link between Syd Barrett and Homer Simpson. He passed away in June of 2011

Fischer was institutionalized at age 16 for attacking his mother with a knife. Following his release, Fischer wandered L.A. singing his unique brand of songs for 10¢ to by-passers. Discovered by Frank Zappa, with whom he recorded his first album, Fischer became an underground concert favorite, earning him the title "godfather of outsider music." Zappa was responsible for Fischer's initial foray into the business of music, an album called An Evening with Wild Man Fischer, contains 36 tracks of "something not exactly musical." Frank and the Wild Man remained close–until Fischer threw a beer bottle at baby Moon Unit"
